Tuition
The government guaranteed bank loan was developed with a single-purpose of assisting students to pay their tuition fees. A bank loan – it is a convenient and well-weighted form of payment. We recommend you to pay your tuition with a bank loan. We will assist you preparing all documents to receive a loan. You are welcome to review the requirements of applying for a bank loan >>>
Welfare of any country largely depends on the level of education and intelligence of its citizens. Due to the aforesaid when the high tuition fees are not affordable for everyone, the LBC decreases the tuition fee for the first academic semester for all enrolled students from July 15 up to September 15. All tuition fees are provided below.
Leavers of secondary schools in 2009 are offered an additional discount of 50% from the tuition fee for the first academic semester if they enroll in the full time department.
We are aware that there is a risk of sudden decrease of income so we have developed a special offer for those students who have decided to pay their tuition fees without taking a bank loan. In case of significant decrease of student’s income we will conclude an additional agreement and the LBC will continue educating its student with no tuition fees – the payment will be postponed till “better times”. In this case the student will be liable of paying only small recurrent expenses. This condition will apply to those students who are granted the status of unemployed persons in the period of admittance to the higher education establishment.
A tuition fee can be paid by installments or on the first onset for a full academic semester. Payments are done by wire transfer to our bank account. We recommend you to use a bank loan paying your tuition fees, including the government guaranteed bank loan.
